

I don't know why me and my family should go through something like this but it breaks my heart. Chino is a very clever talking individual and has taken advantage of me being naïve. My wife is convinced that "David" (chino) has claimed the warranty and received the tires and sold it to somebody else. They have even taken my tires and never replace them. I also have warranty on the tires I have purchased in the past. I have bought tires at this location from this person for my moms car before and everything was fine as long as I paid tips to him which is now gone to far. I have called numerous times within the last few months to try and buy tires for my mother and wife's car. And once we refused to give tips we have been denied service indirectly. We have been asked to give tips to get service by this individual. We have been lied to countless amounts of times. Me and my family have not been able to get service and have been giving excuses to avoid service. In this day and age this despicable act should not be tolerated in any establishment. I'm writing this email because I've been treated very unfairly for many months at the specific location of Goodyear (I will leave below the address) by a particular person named "David" (chino) The discrimination that goes on in this location is preposterous. I don't want anything to do with Goodyear for many reasons & this takes the cake! I didn't make a purchase nor did I get a bill or I would have sent this dispute sooner! My address is below. I want to file a complaint against you & want the form sent to me. I called Citibank back to find out why they called me & they stated it was because I didn't pay on my Goodyear account for 2 months? I told them I had paid this off months ago & didn't know why I had a bill & asked for what was this charge? Of which they CAN'T tell me? Then I'm told I should call & check on my bill that I didn't make or charge anything to that account in months? I completely cut my ties with Goodyear due to their changing business charge card practices 90 days same as cash/revolving account now is whatever they want ! They also use other peoples cards whenever it's convenient for them & don't send statements expecting you to check on a paid off/dead account? When you use them as your auto service center for years on both your vehicles, they treat you like trash & ask for $117 to go near your door handle! Lee and Benito were great assets to this store. They are always too busy to help the customer out. I went to the store and ask if he had time to check my tires for nails. I have a trip to Denver Airport in the morning. They just completely ignore that request. When I came back to pick it up if they could check other tires for nails. Since the change of management and staff at the store at1303 N Academy Blvd in Colorado Springs, Co. When I arrive, the tire was sitting there. I drive from the North end of town to get there before closing.

They called me and said tire was ready for pickup. The nail was in the sidewall so had to order new tire, and it wouldn't be there till Monday. I took the tire off the car because it was flat. The unauthorized work was 4 new rotors and 2 front brake pads and alignment that was not never done. He repaired the frame and balanced it and its fine now. That is why it pulling to left and right. I did take it to another mechanic and he told me that this truck could have not being balanced because the frame of the truck has a bent frame. I paid for this work and my truck was not the same. They also suppose to do an alignment and they did not do it because the truck after repair was pulling to the right when brakes were applied and pulled to the right when going in a straight line in the street. Also replaced the front as well,both pads and rotors.

They went ahead to do the work and not only replaced the back pads and also replaced the rotors as well and there were in good condition and did it anyway. Took my 2017 truck for new four tires to be installed and balanced and realignment and they said i needed brake pads in the rear and told me they were bad, so I said go ahead and replace them and also told me that the front pads were fine.
